You probably won't find all the answers to your questions on this user guide, or you may need some assistance using your i-Showcase RCMS. In that case, please do not hesitate to submit a ticket to our Support Center at http://tickets.ishowcaseinc.com. Please give us 2-4 business days to respond to your ticket before iquiring about its status.
If you believe that the ticket you would like to submit is a bug report, please be as detailed as possible. The greater the details, the more likely we will be able to reproduce the same issue that you are having, meaning we will be able to address and fix the issue in a prompt manner.
If the issue is occuring on the front end of your website, please be sure to include your computer or device's operating system (ex. Windows 8, Android phone, Apple OSX) as well as the browser that you are viewing the website from (ex. Internet Explorer 9, Firefox). Screenshots also help us determine the issue faster.
